Stopped in for some takeout on an early Sunday evening. Not busy and had time to look over their menu. Ordered a large combo - which was like 14-16 pieces of drumsticks and wing segments. Split half spicy and half regular. included a container of radishes. Ordered two add'l radish dishes, 2 dishes of white rice, an order of onion rings and a boom boom salad. The chicken was really quite good - nice glaze on top of the crispy bater. The onion rings in a bag were also large rings and quite crispy, even after the pick-up and drive home. Radishes were good - we had three bowls of them. Rice was normal white rice - not sushi rice. Boom boom salad was just okay. Some seaweed on top, lots of cucumbers and then mixed lettuce. Could have saved on not ordering this. All, in all a nice take-out meal for four adults on a Sunday evening.

Always reliable delicious chicken. Kids love it and the radish is delicious. Just order beforehand because it takes a while since it's cooked fresh to order.

This is a great fried chicken spot to go to if you're in the area or maybe looking to go to the spa next door or going for a grocery run at H-Mart. The fried chicken was amazing. We ordered the large combo #1 with wings and drumsticks. The chicken was perfectly fried with the right amount of crisp and juicy on the inside without being too salty or leaving you dehydrated afterwards. We got a side of rice and a side of fries. The fries were also perfect and overall the food was delicious. Service was about average where it took about 15 minutes for the food to come out but it was worth the wait. Ambiance is casual inside...most people take the food to go but if you have a chance to eat the food inside, I would definitely recommend it so that the chicken is the most fresh and crispy when you eat it.

I'm such a huge fan of boom boom, the chicken is just amazing. We always get the same thing, the large number one with rice, side of fries and dumplings which come with a salad. The chicken is so sweet and crunchy. I won't eat fried chicken anywhere else anymore.

BEST FRIED CHICKEN EVER!!!!!!!! I have friends who will drive from NYC just to get this chicken. THAT's! How bomb it is. The texture. The flavor. **chef's kiss I moved to California and I dream of this fried chicken. Every time I come back to Jersey, I must come back to have this chicken :)

First time here and I was skeptical, but ended up pleasantly surprised. Ordered the popcorn chicken (spicy) with rice and it took over 13 minutes to come. Not what I'd expect of popcorn chicken but it was piping hot and fresh and juicy. A little too saucy IMO but it was tasty.

Boom Boom Chicken easily has the best fried chicken I have ever tried. I always enjoy getting the wings here. Both the mild and the spicy are delicious, so I opt for the half & half most of the time. In general, the wings are crunchy and have a great texture. The mild wings have a unique and sweet flavor; while the spicy is decently hot, without being too much. I usually get the white rice as my side with the wings, and it is always soft and a more simple compliment to the flavorful wings. I also a get a side of the green salad and fries. The salad is always fresh and comes with a balsamic dressing, and the fries are nice and crunchy. The interior of Boom Boom Chicken is pretty cool and modern, and I enjoy dining in when I am in the area. The employees are pretty nice and helpful as well. Boom Boom Chicken has fast service, though it can be a bit slower once there's a lot of customers. Overall, I love Boom Boom Chicken and wouldn't change a thing about this restaurant.

Love this place. Parking is frustrating because it's in the H Mart shopping plaza but don't let it deter you. Super casual. The food takes a while to come out but it's always fresh and hot. The fries are incredible because they're double fried. Highly recommend paying for the extra wing sauce to dip them in. It's on par price wise with similar places. Both the mild and hot flavored sauces are great. My only gripe is the chicken size inconsistency. I paid for a five piece but two of the pieces were extra tiny while the others where medium-large so not very consistent. Every time I go there's it's a mix of sizing. However it's so delicious it's worth it.

Came here right after our visit to Hmart. It was lunchtime on a Sunday; the entire shopping plaza was busy so inevitably there was a bit of a wait here that day. We arrived in a group of 6 and secured a large dining table for all to fit comfortably! Inside isn't anything fancy. We waited maybe 20-25 mins for all of our food, luckily seated, since we were dining in. The food was phenomenal. It exceeded what I was expecting for a fast-food style chicken spot. Speaking on the fried food (we got wings, sweet potato fries, fried dumplings), they were so light and crispy that I wondered whether it might be air fried!... my family all agreed on that too. Some of our plates included a small serving of vegetable salad. It's always a pleasant addition when included to go along such a savory spread. Would I come again? Absolutely. It's nice to find good quality Korean fried chicken and a nice selection of side to go with it. You also can't beat the location, surrounded by plenty of other shops to get goodies from... although parking is a quest if it's busy!
